• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and contractual relationships with new and existing business customers and the company's suppliers for domestic and international core business • Independently conducting negotiations in direct external contact with customers and suppliers • Handling the company's legal matters and independently managing projects in coordination with the head of the division (direct supervisor) • Advising specialists and managers on legal matters, in particular contract law and general legal issues • Contract and process management, and managing external legal service providers domestically and abroad • Contributing to data protection and compliance management in the regulated business area
• Completed law degree • Initial professional experience in a company or law firm — ideally with a focus on contract law • Strong analytical thinking, precise expression, and the ability to implement pragmatic solutions • Good communication skills, assertive and interest-focused negotiation, and the ability to work in a team • Holistic, structured and independent working style • Excellent German and at least good written and spoken English • Workplace at one of our locations, or alternatively working from home, with willingness to travel occasionally
