We travel across the nation to register voters, knock doors, and win elections! Our mission is to recruit as many Precinct Chairs as we can in order to focus on being grassroots warriors and encourage others to get involved in the movement!

📋 Description

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager • Building inter-community relationships • Encouraging others to send in their ballots • Building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory • Work in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure goals are reached • Foster community relationships • Track data daily

🎯 Requirements

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets) • Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned • Unmatched passion for conservative politics • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment • Unrelenting, positive attitude • Strong work ethic and goal oriented • Self starter and self motivated • Punctual and very responsive • Ethical and responsible behavior • Innovative nature & desire to try new things • Must reside within three miles of the zip code on job posting
