• Responsible for phone-based support and technical assistance for employees. • Responding to inquiries on: user accounts, Active Directory / Microsoft 365, and network issues. • Providing assistance to iPhone users and general support for PC and laptop usage.
• Ideally, you have prior experience in an IT user helpdesk environment. • You have strong communication skills and experience dealing with customers. • You have a quick grasp of technical issues and a strong service orientation. • You are willing to work shifts. • You have excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
