📋 Description

• Carry out service visits at customers' homes and other customer locations • Assist with installation, maintenance, and minor repairs of home appliances, particularly washing machines and tumble dryers • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues • Document service visits and clearly communicate the results • Ensure a professional, customer-focused manner on every assignment

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the electrical/electrotechnical field is desirable • Enjoy working directly with customers and possess a structured, solution-oriented working style • High reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and respectful teamwork • Residence in the Berlin area or willingness to work there, and a valid Class B driving license for field service assignments • Good German language skills and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor with customers
