• Travel regularly to support the launch and growth of TPUSA Communities chapters across the West; • Identify and help develop new Chapter Leaders in key cities; • Support newly launched chapters through hands-on training and follow-up; • Assist chapters with outreach, recruitment, and grassroots engagement efforts; • Ensure chapters are hosting consistent, high-quality events aligned with Communities standards; • Help plan, support, and at times directly execute events in developing markets; • Provide guidance on event logistics, promotion, and execution; • Monitor chapter health and performance, identifying areas for improvement; • Maintain consistent communication with Chapter Leaders and provide ongoing support; • Track chapter activity, events, and engagement using internal systems; • Work closely with Strategic Managers to meet national chapter and event goals; • Represent TPUSA Communities professionally at events and in the field.
• Experience in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations; • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role; • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; • High level of organization, follow-through, and accountability; • Alignment with TPUSA’s mission and values; • Ability to travel 45%–50% of the time; • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned; • Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance; • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner; • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
