📋 Description

• Own the introduction, ongoing development, and operation of AI platforms and AI services • Evaluate new technologies, features, and integrations, and develop sustainable platform strategies • Ensure a secure, scalable, and future-ready AI landscape • Develop governance models, role and access-control concepts, and technical guardrails for the use of AI • Work with Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders to introduce new AI capabilities responsibly • Assess platforms, integrations, and new AI services with regard to risks, compliance, and technical feasibility • Take ownership of new AI-related questions and requirements • Analyze requirements, develop recommendations, and drive topics forward in a structured manner through implementation • Support business units in using AI securely and effectively, and act as a technical sparring partner for Business, Security, and Engineering • Where required, contribute hands-on to integrations, automations, architecture concepts, and platform solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building, operating, or further developing platforms, cloud solutions, or technical services • Experience with modern AI platforms and the AI ecosystem, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or comparable technologies • Good understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and role and access-control concepts • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment • Ability to prepare and assess technical decisions in a structured manner and communicate them clearly and transparently • Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to structure and drive forward complex or ambiguous topics • Confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their potential for the company • Residence in Germany required
