📋 Description

• You design and operate scalable infrastructure that enables secure and high-performance AI workflows and automations • You build and maintain a central automation platform (e.g., n8n), develop workflows and templates, support teams in adoption, and empower business units to use it independently • You develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions (e.g., with Terraform, Ansible) • You take ownership of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., with GitHub Actions) for deployments of AI components and microservices • You design solutions for monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability • You bring AI/ML models and agents (e.g., LLMs, agentic AI) into productive workflows and platforms • You collaborate with teams across Business, Product, Data Science, and Engineering — translating requirements into technical solutions • You take responsibility for subprojects, coordinate technical implementation, document work, and ensure transparency • You develop best practices, standards, and governance models in collaboration with the Security team • You are curious and contribute visions for new technologies and AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience with cloud infrastructure and know how to automate, secure, and operate it efficiently (cloud provider flexible) • You are familiar with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible or similar) • You have experience with CI/CD and deployment automation (e.g., GitHub Actions or equivalent) • You have interest in or initial experience with AI/ML integration, LLMs, or agentic AI • You have initial experience with the AI automation tool n8n or comparable tools • You understand principles of monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting • You have experience or intent to build experience translating business requirements into technical solutions • Ideally you have worked in project-based environments or have a consulting background • Knowledge of or interest in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), change management, and basic project coordination • You are communicative, self-driven, and enjoy working across team boundaries
