📋 Description
• Develop the framework for commercial/trade terms and contribute to profitable growth • Provide robust analyses and strategic recommendations through financial simulations, price analyses, and evaluation of promotions • Support Key Account Managers in negotiations with retailers • Ensure a consistent and transparent pricing structure • Analyze sales and promotion results and derive concrete action recommendations • Develop pricing and promotion strategies, taking competition and market trends into account • Contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy • Work closely with Finance, Brand, and Commercial Operations • Prepare insightful reports and presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • 3–5 years' professional experience in sales, pricing, commercial finance, or controlling — ideally in the FMCG sector • Strong analytical skills and the ability to confidently assess complex financial and commercial scenarios • Hands-on mentality and a pragmatic approach to finding solutions • Clear communication and strong presentation skills • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
