• Du steuerst dein ESN-Kategorieportfolio mit Fokus auf Innovationen und eine starke Marktpräsenz. • Du planst und begleitest Produktlaunches, Relaunches und Sortimentsanpassungen. • Du entwickelst Go-to-Market-Strategien und setzt Kampagnen kanalübergreifend um. • Gemeinsam mit Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb und weiteren Teams bringst du neue Produkte erfolgreich auf den Markt. • Du analysierst Markttrends, Konsumentenbedürfnisse und Wettbewerber und leitest daraus konkrete Wachstumschancen ab. • Du koordinierst alle relevanten Stakeholder für erfolgreiche Produkteinführungen. • Du verantwortest Budgets, Pricing-Ansätze und Forecasts und behältst die Performance deiner Kategorie im Blick.

🎯 Requirements

• Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Marketing Management innerhalb der FMCG-Branche mit. • Du hast Produkte bereits erfolgreich über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus begleitet. • Portfolio-Management, Positionierung und Zielgruppensegmentierung gehören zu deinem Handwerkszeug. • Du denkst datenbasiert und fühlst dich in Analysen, Forecasts und strategischer Planung wohl. • Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und bringst Dinge ins Ziel. • Du übernimmst Verantwortung und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl. • Du begeisterst dich für die ESN-Marke und verstehst, was unsere Community antreibt. • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend.
