📋 Description

• As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer, your role will focus on developing and enhancing key features for our web applications. • You will be responsible for creating and refining features that are both user-centric and technologically advanced, contributing significantly to our product's overall functionality and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to React. • Deep understanding of React principles and patterns, including but not limited to compound, presentational, and higher-order component (HOC) patterns. • Experience implementing caching strategies or asynchronous state management for applications with high data loads. • Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility. • Experience collaborating across engineering teams and other functions to build alignment, drive decision-making, and communicate transparently. • Experience mentoring and supporting the growth of engineers and peers.
