📋 Description

• You lead our day-to-day sales — close to the customers, close to the team. • You win enterprise and strategic accounts and further develop existing customer relationships. • You coach and develop our sales team and recruit new talent who are a good fit. • You find creative ways to unlock new opportunities. • You work closely with our founders and management and ensure we all move in the same direction. • You bring a proactive, positive attitude and maintain focus even in challenging moments.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on sales experience in the mid-market or enterprise segment. • Proven track record of winning and expanding large customers ("Land & Expand"). • Strong interpersonal instincts, a confident presence, and the ability to build trust quickly. • A pragmatic, hands-on approach — you enjoy making decisions and executing them. • A passion for developing sales talent and empowering the team. • A forward-looking, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to spot opportunities in a developing environment. • Experience working with founders or executives and a desire to be part of an aligned leadership team.
