• Take ownership of the performance creative ecosystem across paid channels • Design assets that capture the attention of new audiences • Lead the design and execution of paid media creative (static, video, and UGC-style ads) • Create high-performing assets for acquisition initiatives optimized for click-through and conversion • Define and improve creative testing frameworks and workflows • Collaborate with paid media, data, and product teams to align creative with KPIs • Design conversion-focused landing pages with strong UI/UX principles • Generate innovative creative concepts that improve performance and lower acquisition costs • Ensure brand consistency across all acquisition touchpoints • Provide feedback and direction to elevate creative output and testing velocity
• Background in graphic design, visual communication, or UI/UX • 2+ years of experience designing for email marketing and retention-driven experiences • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Hands-on experience building emails within an ESP (e.g., Klaviyo) • Solid understanding of responsive email design and UI/UX principles • Ability to work within and maintain design systems and brand guidelines • Comfortable reading engagement and conversion metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion) • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, data, and product teams • Attention to detail and ability to translate briefs into on-brand, high-performing creative • Experience in AI-powered design tools and automations
