đź“‹ Description

• Serve as the main PMO point of contact for the Marketing team, supporting divisions, tribes, and squads • Champion our Operational Framework and PMO best practices to drive team performance and deliver business outcomes • Oversee multiple cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, including new business initiatives in beauty, community, and more • Optimize project workflows using tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack to increase velocity and visibility • Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to help teams deliver faster and smarter • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops) • Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned to PMO methodology • Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions • Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs) • Monitor and report on project and team performance • Drive effective, actionable communication and high-quality deliverables • Expected Outcomes (Year 1): Conduct an initial assessment and present project and communication workflow improvements; Roll out metrics to track project velocity, efficiency, and resource allocation; Ensure the team is aligned with company planning cycles and rituals; Establish strong documentation and repository management in Asana; Implement improved workflows that boost execution speed and cross-team alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in Marketing Projects & fast-paced digital environments • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs) • Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset • Excellent communicator and natural problem solver • Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure • Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus • Bonus Points: Experience in the beauty, wellness, or consumer digital space • Familiarity with community-building initiatives or fast-scaling startups
