📋 Description
• We’re seeking an AI Tech Lead with advanced technical skills to solve unique business challenges through smart architecture and clean code. • This role demands broad perspective, sharp judgment, and the autonomy to drive execution while staying aligned with strategic goals. • You’ll uncover less obvious solutions and help others tackle complex technical scenarios. • Lead technical design, development, and AI-driven architecture decisions across backend and frontend. • Guide engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing best practices. • Plan, build, and test scalable features while optimizing SQL schemas and backend logic. • Support agile workflows and act as Deputy Scrum Master when needed. • Collaborate across teams to solve medium-to-complex challenges and drive execution. • Own hiring, OKR setting, and performance tracking for your team.
🎯 Requirements
• +4 years managing and developing tech teams with hands-on leadership • Proven expertise in AI frameworks, machine learning, and data-driven architecture • Strong coding background in Golang, Node.js, and ReactJS, plus solid AWS knowledge • Skilled in agile development and test-driven design; ready to serve as Deputy Scrum Master • Passionate about mentoring engineers and raising technical standards • You’re proactive, collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
