• Manage the People department, mentoring HR professionals and elevating their impact. • Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies that secure top global talent. • Build and optimize performance management programs to maximize engagement and productivity. • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement programs that support continuous growth. • Oversee programs to ensure competitive, equitable offerings across regions. • Partner with leadership to strengthen D&I initiatives that drive innovation and belonging. • Ensure adherence to global employment laws and HR best practices. • Provide guidance on organizational design and transformations.
• Proven HR leader with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills — you inspire trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strategic thinker with the ability to align People initiatives to business objectives. • Bachelor’s in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
