📋 Description

• Lead AI initiatives across the organization • Own and drive implementation of AI-powered solutions • Ensure AI capabilities are integrated into existing systems and practices • Mentor developers and uplift engineering team skills in AI • Research and stay updated with AI technologies and recommend improvements • Establish AI development standards and ensure compliance with best practices • Collaborate with teams to align AI initiatives with business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of work experience in AI • Leading AI initiatives • Mentoring developers in AI • Experience in AI service integration • Knowledge of AI tools and technologies • Strong understanding of data handling and preparation for AI workflows • Ability to define validation, testing, and monitoring approaches for AI solutions • Collaborating with Product, Development, and QA teams
