•Work accounts receivable aging reports. •Post payments from insurance companies and patients. •Follow up with insurance to ensure payment and proper processing. •Write appeals for denials. •Work with patients to understand and resolve their balance. •Enter charges and demographics. •Identify trends and offer corrective action. •Represent Trajectory and its clients in a professional manner. •Other duties as assigned by manager.

•3 or more years of experience in medical billing •Self-motivated •Excellent communicator •Positive and detail oriented •Ability to problem solve claims issues •Ability to maintain excellent customer service
