📋 Description

• Review and verify accounting transactions transferred from QBO to 1C. • Identify and resolve discrepancies between accounting systems. • Record payroll-related accounting entries in 1C. • Prepare and finalize electronic tax invoices in ESF. • Generate and manage Acts of Acceptance (Acts of Completed Services). • Reconcile accounting records and maintain supporting documentation. • Support month-end closing activities. • Ensure compliance with Kazakhstan accounting and tax requirements. • Assist with audits, reporting, and finance process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. • Practical experience with 1C Accounting. • Experience with ESF and Kazakhstan tax invoicing requirements. • Experience with payroll accounting is preferred. • CAP, CIPA, Professional Accountant of Kazakhstan, DipIFR, ACCA, or similar certification is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to reconcile and validate financial data. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work with integrated accounting systems.
