📋 Description
• Manage and oversee general ledger accounts and journal entries in QBO for Trans Globe Georgia and Azerbaijan entities with support from country tax teams • Record payroll entries for 5 employees • Check whether transactions are correctly categorized in the general ledger • Apply VAT to 200 monthly invoices auto-created in QBO • Perform account reconciliations excluding cash, supplier, and customer accounts • Ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies • Manage and oversee tax compliance, including VAT, payroll tax, and corporate tax filings with country tax teams • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports • Manage and oversee regulatory online filing compliance performed by country tax teams
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in a global business network • IFRS certification • Bachelor or higher degree • Minimum B2 English level • Advanced Microsoft Office level • Experience with global accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics • Must be a resident of Georgia
