📋 Description
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the company’s suite of products • Document highly technical software products used by customers across several industries, including K-12 and higher education, healthcare, and senior living • Transform complex technical information into clear, user-focused documentation • Work closely with product teams to implement and improve UI copy to meet accessibility and user-centric design standards • Actively modernize documentation processes, including incorporating AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to improve efficiency and quality • Collaborate closely with product development teams, solutions engineers, and other Product Writers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience writing technical documentation for software products or enterprise systems • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-focused content • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously • Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and consistency • Experience interviewing subject matter experts and synthesizing technical information from multiple sources • Experience designing and developing online help systems • Ability to create various documentation types including user guides, API documentation, administrator guides, and troubleshooting content • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving product requirements • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
