📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day management of GL functions, such as leases, equity, capitalized software, and allocations • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts • Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information and resolve accounting-related questions • Help maintain and follow documented accounting policies and procedures • Assist with year-end audit requests and regulatory filings • Support technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards • Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2–4 years of accounting experience (private industry or public accounting preferred) • Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
