📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of developers day to day • Architect and build features from the ground up • Own the code review process and follow set quality standards • Collaborate with our full Agile team — designers, PMs, QA, Product Mgrs • Interface directly with client stakeholders • Keep learning and growing both personally and professionally
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in .NET/Angular development • Strong .NET Core and Angular experience • A track record of leading and mentoring developer teams • Comfort running code reviews • Experience working in a fully Agile environment • Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level • U.S.-based and eligible to work without sponsorship
