📋 Description

• Manage translation projects for Enterprise clients covering APAC working hours • Oversee service delivery ensuring satisfaction across full spectrum of services • Coordinate production and anticipate client needs as main contact • Manage team of Project Managers and ensure efficiency, scalability, and profitability • Directly manage complex projects during onboarding and collaboration • Attend meetings and present production data and improvement plans • Proactively address client issues to maintain satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management • Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional • Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity • Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Capable of simplifying complex information • Boasts outstanding organizational skills • Proven localization and internationalization knowledge • Preferred experience in people management
