📋 Description

• Set up and QA webinar landing pages and internal webinar mechanics, including automated emails, CTA buttons, and tracking links • Moderate live webinars for smooth technical performance and audience engagement • Write, edit, and implement conversational copy for ManyChat • Set up and optimize trigger-based ManyChat automated flows • Research, vet, and communicate with channel admins for promotional placements • Write and proofread promotional copy • Log campaign data in tracking sheets • Monitor campaign performance and conversion rates • Write, configure, and manage email campaigns and automated sequences • Set up and manage call booking links in HubSpot • Maintain and update company website content

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing • Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (C1) • Reliable execution and strong follow-through • High attention to detail and consistency • Clear written communication in English • Experience with website content management (e.g., WordPress) is a bonus • Prior digital marketing experience in the recruitment/HR sector is a bonus • CV and portfolio with copywriting samples, including marketing emails, promotional/seeding posts, and landing page copy
