📋 Description
• Support our recruiting and candidate consulting activities • Work closely with our recruiters and founders • Help IT specialists find new job opportunities abroad • Assist in creating and editing CVs and cover letters for clients • Send outreach messages to potential employers on behalf of clients • Prepare simple progress reports on client job applications • Conduct basic research on companies and job openings based on client criteria • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English (C1) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and solid research habits • Basic understanding of the IT landscape (e.g., you know Java vs. JavaScript) • Comfortable working with job boards and Google Docs • Eagerness to learn new tools and processes • Any exposure to HR, recruiting, account management, customer support, or career consulting would be a plus • Experience with outreach/messages, scheduling, or structured admin work
