📋 Description
• Translate and proofread Korean-to-Vietnamese content for gaming localization projects • Work on projects ranging from indie games to AAA titles • Ensure a high-quality gaming experience for Vietnamese players • Handle tags and character limits according to project instructions • Use CAT tools during translation and localization work • Complete a translation test and sign a confidentiality agreement
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese • Strong command of Korean and English • Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming localization • Expertise in Korean-to-Vietnamese proofreading • Expertise in Adventure, Strategy, and Fantasy games • Familiarity with gaming terminology • Ability to follow instructions on tags and character limits • Skilled in CAT tools • Excellent grammar, spelling, and terminology skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, creative environment • Must meet one of the following: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies (or equivalent with significant translation training); 2+ years of translation experience plus a college degree; 5+ years of translation experience with no degree required; or a translation certification issued by an appropriate government body • Applicants must sign a confidentiality agreement • Applicants must complete a Translation test
