📋 Description

• Focus on all stages of the recruiting process for contract legal placement • Interview, check references, and extend offers for new contract legal hires • Post positions and maintain a candidate database • Develop understanding of client hiring needs/project needs • Build and update extensive candidate database • Confirm licensure, extending offers, and onboarding staff for each project • Liaise with groups engaged in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR • Develop creative methods of advertising positions to find appropriate candidates • Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with candidates and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 1-3+ years high volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or legal industry experience • Strong sense of urgency • Extremely organized and detailed oriented • Adept at full-cycle project management • Excellent oral and written communication • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Keen problem-solving methodology • Creative problem solving, ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectations • Highly proficient managing and maintaining data bases, learning new software and working with Outlook and Excel • Experience in eDiscovery document review recruiting is a plus
