📋 Description

• Research Japanese commercial legislation, regulatory requirements, and relevant judicial decisions • Analyze commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and regulatory matters • Review Japanese-language legal documents and identify relevant statutory provisions • Annotate and validate legal datasets • Verify statutory citations, terminology, and interpretations • Evaluate AI-generated legal responses and flag incorrect or unsupported conclusions • Draft legal summaries, contract provisions, and structured legal analyses • Assist AI teams with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Japanese Attorney (Bengoshi), JD/LL.M. equivalent graduate, Senior Legal Researcher, or experienced Paralegal • Minimum 3+ years of relevant commercial or regulatory legal experience • Advanced or native Japanese proficiency • Strong knowledge of Japanese commercial and regulatory law • Excellent legal research, statutory analysis, citation verification, and drafting skills • English proficiency preferred • Familiarity with legal technology or Generative AI is a plus
