📋 Description

• Review and edit text annotations made by Annotators • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks • Ensure call transcript data is labeled correctly and follows annotation guidelines • Redact PII adequately according to different country formats

🎯 Requirements

• Native Mandarin (Hong Kong) speaker • Excellent written comprehension in Mandarin (Hong Kong) • Strong attention to detail • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Mindful of different PII formats in different countries (e.g. passport numbers) in order to redact adequately • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
