• Remote Position for applicants based in the Philippines ONLY! • TransPerfect Connect (TPC) is looking for bilinguals at all levels with demonstrated experience utilizing their bilingual skills in a professional setting. • Candidates must be fluent in English and the Target Language and aspire to be fantastic advocates for our end clients, utilizing their newly learned talents to deliver superior consecutive interpretations. • Interpreter is responsible for providing consecutive interpretation services Over-The-Phone remotely, as well as Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services, which involve interpreting over a video call, enabling interpreters to assist clients in real-time without being physically present.
🎯 Requirements
• Senior High school diploma • Work from Home experience • Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and Target Language at an above-average level • Ability to pass a language and technical requirements • Bilingual customer service experience • Must be a Filipino citizen or have a work permit for non-Filipinos • Required work tools to Work from Home • A Windows or Mac computer (8GB RAM or higher) • With a min 2GHz processor and a relatively new CPU • Wired headset (not a wireless headset) • Broadband direct Modem cable connection (high-speed Internet connection) • At least Windows 10 or OS X Yosemite • A quiet workspace/home office with no distractions • Functioning Webcam
