• Analyzing business information through outbound calls and web searches • Confirming reliable data of businesses using different sources • Gather critical business information in a casual manner or following a script • Outbound phone calls business to business for validation purposes • Researching required information using available resources • Attention to quality of the data and details • Analyze the available information to determine the truthfulness of the business attributes • Meet individual / team targets and call handling metrics • Proactively works and adherence to company procedures, guidelines, and policies
• English language proficiency B2+ or C1 • High school diploma • 6 months of experience in a Call Center environment • Excellent data entry and typing skills: 20 wpm • Availability to work from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday • MS Office knowledge (Excel-basic to intermediate)
