📋 Description
• Handle inbound and outbound calls lasting 15–30 minutes • Help members understand and confirm insurance application details • Communicate clearly, calmly, and compassionately—especially with older adults • Follow required scripts and compliance guidelines while sounding conversational • Protect sensitive Personal Health Information (PHI) at all times • Take ownership of each interaction to ensure members fully understand next steps
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of customer service experience (phone‑based preferred) • Clear and professional phone communication skills • Comfort using multiple computer systems • Ability to stay focused and engaged during high call volume • English and Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
