📋 Description

• Support technical onboardings for Buyers at Travelgate. • Provide API integration support: reproduce calls in Postman, analyze logs and JSON or XML responses, identify serialization, mapping, and business rule errors. • Manage tickets with an SLA focus: triage, prioritization, clear communication, escalation to Engineering, and follow up through resolution. • Improve data and content quality: content mapping, normalization of static data, detection of warnings and discrepancies. • Monitor connection health: latency, search and booking success rates, timeouts and errors, and open incidents with suppliers when applicable. • Create and maintain technical documentation: best practice guides, FAQs, snippets, and resolution playbooks. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering: field feedback, validation of fixes, and participation in releases. • Identify improvement and feature adoption opportunities: smart caching, filters, and new connectivity capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in technical support, integrations, or API QA. • Solid knowledge of HTTP, REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and authentication with API keys or OAuth. • Proficiency with Postman. • Ability to read logs and trace end to end. • Native Spanish and advanced conversational English. • Portuguese is a plus. • Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in travel tech and hotel distribution: bedbanks, channel managers, CRS, PMS, or GDS (nice to have). • Knowledge of API integrations (nice to have). • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Grafana, etc. (nice to have).
