• Assist clients with planning and booking vacations, cruises, and travel packages • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings • Research destinations, suppliers, and travel options to match client needs • Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently • Collaborate with team members and travel partners as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Strong communication and organizational skills • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Passion for travel and helping others is a must • Previous customer service experience is a plus
