• Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to find potential beauty salons across various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google). • Build relationships: Persuade with your strong communication skills over the phone and during in-person visits. • Product champion: Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace. • Deal closer: Confidently lead negotiations to successful contract signings. • Structured working style: Accurately document your activities in Salesforce and keep your pipeline constantly in view. • Target-oriented: Acquire at least 10 new salon partners per month and maximize your commission.
• Communication talent: You enjoy direct customer contact and convince through strong conversation and negotiation skills. • Cold-calling champion: When others hesitate, you come into your own — cold calls are your thing! • Team player with self-drive: Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. • Personality: Courage, a sense of humour, respect, personal responsibility, and a touch of charm. • Languages: Fluent German and English — additional languages are a plus. • At least 2 years of field sales experience. • Digital affinity: New software and digital tools are not a problem but an exciting challenge for you. • Flexibility: Class B driving licence — required to get started in field sales.
