📋 Description

• Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to find potential beauty salons through various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google). • Build relationships: Persuade prospects with strong communication skills on the phone and during in-person visits — your charm opens doors! • Product champion: Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace in a way that clearly communicates the benefits for each salon. • Deal closer: Lead negotiations confidently to a successful contract conclusion and celebrate every deal. • Structured working style: Accurately document your activities in Salesforce and keep a close eye on your pipeline. • Target-driven: Acquire at least 10 new salon partners per month and maximize your commission.

🎯 Requirements

• You enjoy direct customer contact and convince through strong conversational and negotiation skills. • You thrive when others hesitate — cold calling is your thing! • Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. • Courage, a sense of humor, respect, personal accountability, and a touch of charm. • Fluent in German and English — additional languages are a plus! • You live in Heidelberg or nearby (maximum commute time 30 minutes). • New software and digital tools are not a problem for you but an exciting challenge. • Valid Class B driving license — required to work in the field.
