• Develop and execute strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for named enterprise accounts. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support account growth, expansion opportunities, and executive engagement. • Build industry-specific marketing strategies and messaging for Industrial & Energy and Technology, Media & Communications. • Develop customer-facing thought leadership, case studies, executive content, and industry campaigns. • Lead executive engagement initiatives including Customer Advisory Boards, executive briefings, CXO roundtables, and executive events. • Build and scale customer advocacy programs including references, testimonials, webinars, conference speakers, and success stories. • Partner with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Analyst Relations to execute integrated customer marketing programs. • Measure program success through expansion pipeline, Net Revenue Retention, executive engagement, advocacy production, and strategic account growth. • Proven ownership of an account-level number — influenced/sourced expansion pipeline and NRR contribution — rather than lead volume. • Experience marketing to multi-buying-center accounts (security, IT, cloud, app dev, OT).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or cybersecurity • Experience in Customer Marketing, ABM, Enterprise Marketing, or Strategic Field Marketing • Demonstrated success supporting Enterprise Sales organizations and strategic named accounts • Experience creating executive engagement programs and customer advocacy initiatives • Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and account-based marketing strategies • Experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, or Demandbase • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
