📋 Description

• Creatively apply LLMs to develop solutions that streamline workflows and improve efficiency in clinical trial recruitment. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing and new applications. • Apply principles of classic machine learning and experiment design to work with datasets, measure model accuracy, and iterate on solutions. • Implement and maintain robust testing strategies for AI models, including unit, integration, and performance tests. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. • Troubleshoot and debug AI-related issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, particularly in the LLM and agent space, and best practices. • Educate and assist coworkers in leveraging AI in their daily tasks where appropriate. • Work with healthcare and clinical trial datasets, exercising a practical understanding of industry best practices (e.g., HIPAA).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or similar in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on LLMs. • Experience in developing and deploying applications leveraging LLMs. • Basic understanding of classic machine learning algorithms and experiment design. • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face). • Familiarity with full-stack development concepts and technologies. • Experience with healthcare tech or clinical trials is a significant plus. • Respect for compliance and privacy requirements in healthcare (e.g. HIPAA). • A love of teaching and helping others succeed.
