📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to customers using established scripts • Clearly and confidently book Protocol Review Appointments focused on health optimization • Report to the ASR Director • Participate in daily team stand-ups • Attend regular one-on-one meetings with the manager for guidance and development • Track performance using Appointments Set, Appointment Show Rate, and Appointment Outcome KPIs • Connect customers with health and wellness products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Appointment-setting background is a plus, but not required • Highly-driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and meeting or exceeding goals • Excellent verbal and written skills • Strong communication and ability to build genuine connections • Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST • Prior remote work experience • Technical proficiency, including familiarity with Salesforce and VOIP phone systems • High-speed, stable internet connection • Fast, reliable laptop or desktop with working microphone, camera, and headset • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Latency under approximately 150ms, jitter under approximately 30ms, and packet loss under approximately 1%
