📋 Description

• Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site (2-4 days per week) • Conducting interviews, analyzing government database records, performing regulatory agency file reviews • Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, Sanborn fire insurance maps, city directories, and aerial photographs) • Drafting a standardized report using information from these various sources • Perform QA/QC to the satisfaction of both management and clients and completing requested revisions & submitting report within pre-established timelines • Conduct field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor air and compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of field experience conducting environmental due diligence work • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic • Valid driver's license • Ability to use Personal Vehicle for travel • Ability to conduct field work • Ability and willingness to travel (75% travel, 25% office) • Good computer skills • Independent worker • Commitment to excellence • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Phase I Assessments (ASTM E1527) • Phase II Assessments (ASTM E1903)
