📋 Description

• Direct sales of the BIM software Trimble Nova and related solutions to stakeholders in the construction industry, such as building services engineering firms and construction companies. • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations and contract negotiations online and on-site, including preparing proposals and closing deals. • Strategic management of the sales territory, including new customer acquisition, forecasting and reporting. • Documenting and maintaining customer contacts in the CRM system (Salesforce). • Maintaining contacts and networks and working closely with customers and prospects to identify industry trends and market opportunities and to align solutions optimally with their requirements. • Participation in industry events, conferences and customer events. • Collaboration with Trimble teams in lead generation, marketing, presales, support and Customer Success.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in consultative sales of technical, complex solutions. • A good understanding of the construction industry in German-speaking regions and the various stakeholders in the construction sector is desirable. • Completed technical or commercial training, or other relevant professional experience in the construction industry. • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. • German at near-native level and very good English skills.
