• Navigate and use the Freight Audit web platform and supporting tools • Manage and register invoice and credit note data for international shipping compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues • Drive continuous process improvement and operational optimization with Delivery Experts • Support global companies in optimizing shipping costs and business efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate level of English with strong professional business correspondence skills • Proficiency in Google products and services • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational abilities • Results-oriented mindset • Degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking, Finance, or a related field (bonus/preferred) • Prior experience or proficiency with MS Office tools (bonus/preferred) • Familiarity with the JIRA platform (bonus/preferred)
