📋 Description

• Drive custom product enhancements and solve critical IT issues. • Partner closely with customer success managers to analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex technical support cases. • Architect and implement software enhancements, configurations, and data conversions. • Leverage cutting-edge AI utilities to accelerate product enhancements and modern software workflows. • Design custom technical reports and provide targeted data extractions using specialized tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. • 3+ years of experience as a technical support analyst or consultant, including strong proficiency with Oracle SQL for data extraction and scripting. • 2+ years of hands-on experience generating business intelligence insights through tools like Jasper Reports or Crystal Reports. • Proven expertise using help desk ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or Freshdesk alongside standard source control workflows. • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization. • Familiarity with broader enterprise systems, CRM platform workflows, or ERP environments. • Experience developing or troubleshooting modern web services and APIs.
