📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer project implementations using structured project management methodologies • Ensure seamless delivery according to scope, schedule, and budget • Facilitate solution design workshops translating complex client requirements into tailored software solutions • Guide enterprise customers through change management, user training, and post-implementation support • Transition customers smoothly to Customer Care • Collaborate with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams • Track project performance and manage project budgets • Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception through go-live • Strong project management capabilities with expertise in scope, schedule, and budget management • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills across internal and external teams • Professional fluency in both English and German • Proficiency in French or additional European languages is a bonus • Background or familiarity with logistics, transportation management, or supply chain SaaS solutions is a bonus • Hands-on experience with formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 is a bonus
