📋 Description

• Lead requirements and design workshops with international customers and service providers • Translate business needs into technical solutions • Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of complex SaaS solutions across multiple environments • Act as a high-level technical consultant and provide expert product knowledge • Ensure solutions align with global best practices and innovation standards • Own technical project scope and risk management • Ensure high-quality, on-schedule delivery • Guide stakeholders during internal testing and user acceptance phases • Support seamless solution adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in technical project management methodologies and tools within a SaaS environment • Ability to read and analyze Java or other object-oriented programming languages • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills • Experience crafting detailed documentation • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, risk, and cost • Experience working with cross-functional global teams • Business proficiency in English is mandatory • Previous experience in the transportation or logistics technology sector is a bonus • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French would be a great advantage • Any other European language will be a plus
