📋 Description

• Partner with teams and delivery leadership across the unit to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy • Plan and monitor resource utilization based on contracts; proactively allocate available resources to billable roles • Develop, update, and track contracts using SAP • Manage and track client project portfolios — including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for internal and client-facing purposes; manage client approval workflows • Identify and resolve gaps in time tracking and billing processes to ensure high-quality data • Provide operational support to help delivery leadership stay aligned with delivery and financial goals • Support monthly financial closure routines and assist managers with related processes and issue resolution • Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally • Create and maintain operational spreadsheets and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding budget status and delivery health

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) • 2+ years of experience in operational management, analytics, or delivery support roles • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.) • Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously • Systems thinking — ability to navigate between portfolio, project, and team-level processes • Understanding of business communication and professional ethics
