📋 Description

• Support the Legal & Compliance team across a broad range of legal matters • Draft and review commercial contracts • Conduct legal research involving different jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe • Prepare legal summaries, memos and other internal legal materials • Support intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, software ownership and licensing • Support the Legal team with day-to-day legal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, or final-year law studies • 1+ year of relevant legal experience • Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts • Advanced English and Ukrainian • Attention to detail, good organization and ability to manage several tasks at the same time • Willingness to learn and take responsibility for increasingly complex legal matters • Experience using generative AI • Basic understanding of tax, intellectual property, data protection or technology law • Experience with legal-tech, contract automation and AI-assisted tools
