📋 Description
• Manage and oversee a team responsible for daily cash posting within revenue operations • Ensure accurate billing, collections, and posting processes • Develop proposals for long and short-term goals in cash posting operations • Monitor operations for goal achievement • Manage continuous quality improvement initiatives across cash posting team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field • Minimum five (5) years of experience in revenue management • Experience managing Cash Posting/Cash Application or related management functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Supervisory experience
