• Direct Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) activities and manage CDI programs • Train clinical documentation specialists and analyze data for educational opportunities • Collaborate with medical staff to enhance documentation quality
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field or Nursing or equivalent experience • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License or equivalent certification • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible operational or management experience in hospital clinical documentation integrity • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CMS regulations and coding guidelines • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong knowledge of IT applications including MS Office
