📋 Description

• Reporting to the Manager, Software, play a foundational role in advancing Trinity’s technology strategy. • Apply modern development practices and tools to deliver high-quality features across our application ecosystem. • Collaborate closely with teammates, Product Owners, and stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, shape solutions, and bring them to life through clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. • Participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to a collaborative, transparent, and iterative delivery process.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS (4-year degree) or equivalent experience. • Software development experience in a professional or academic environment. • Proficiency in at least one core technology—Angular, Java, or Spring Boot. • Experience with relational databases, data structures, and writing SQL queries. • Strong analytical abilities—capable of defining solutions, collecting data, evaluating facts, and drawing sound conclusions. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Participation in ongoing training, continuing education, or continuous improvement initiatives as approved by your manager.
